Hari ni hari Jumaat! Fatin baru sampai dari Melaka pukul 6 tadi. Dia bawa pulang souvenir yang saya nanti2kan!! Yeehhhaaa!!! Inilah dia.... =D =D =D
Pagi tadi sebaik sahaja tiba di ofis, saya & ofismet2 pegi breakfast di PC.. Habis2 breakfast, kitorang bergerak ke Bachok utk ambil answer script final exam di rumah Kak Pah. Kak Pah dah selamat bertolak ke Putrajaya pukul 8 pagi tadi, so tak sempat jumpa dia hari ni, tapi jumpa family Kak Pah jer. Sebelum balik, kitorang bawak anak Kak Pah, Luqman ronda-ronda... Ke mana? Kami telah ke sini....
dan kami sangat terkesima apabila melihat ini....
Besar sungguh!!! Tinggi patung Buddha ni 36 meter!! Pada yang tak tahu, nama wat yang kami pergi ni namanya Wat Phithikyan Phutthaktham di Kampung Balai, Bachok. Don't worry, kami datang jenguk jer, tak mengamalkan sebarang bentuk amalan ibadat & sebagainya... ;-)

So lately, I've been getting around to watching famous classic movies. Yesterday I finished "Breakfast at Tiffany's" which was truly awesome. Audrey Hepburn was so cool in it. I kind of got the vibe of kinda fake acting at first, but then that's the feeling you get when you watch really old movies, right? Like, kind of overacted in a way that no real person would really behave. But that sort of thing might have been more 'natural' back then. I didn't notice towards the end though. I was so in love with it by then.
Today I watched "Pretty in Pink" from 1986. The classic high school flick! The guys were so dreamy. Especially Duckie. God, I love Duckie.
Duckie is thrown into the girls' bathroom by some fellow students. He looks around:
Duckie: Wait a minute. We don't have none of this stuff in the boys' room. Wait a minute. We don't got none of this. We don't got doors on the stalls in the boys' room. We don't have--what is this? [tampon machine]--we don't have a candy... (more)
